This wine represents an ancient tradition of Central Italy. A very sweet must made with dried Trebbiano, Malvasia and White Canaiolo grapes and fermented for 3 years. It has a strong aroma of dried fruit and plums. The perfect degree of sweetness and a must aftertaste. A very good dessert wine. Serve in small glasses at room temperature.

This is a sweet wine aged for 3 years first in Oak and then in
Chestnut and then for a further 2 years in glass demijohns. It has a very structured taste with a lovely apricot and liquorice aftertaste and a warm dark amber colour.

Bottled by hand with no preservatives and sealed with wax.
